Former Juilliard virtuoso turned rocker Lyris Hung has studied violin since the age of 3 and has played e-violin with Bono, Suzanne Vega, Absolut Ensemble, Jay Z, The Indigo Girls, and the TransSiberian Orchestra as well as the bands Quasilulu and her own metal project HUNG.

Comedian slash poet slash Juilliard trained classical actor, Kate Rigg is also the creator of cult hit comedy revue "Kate's Chink-O-Rama:Featuring the chink-o-rama dancers" (Joes' Pub, PSNBC, HBO Time Warner Workspace) and the play "Birth of a nASIAN" (with Lyris Hung). She has had plays produced in Canada Australia and the United States and speaks regularly on race and representation. Her counter culture comedy has taken her to clubs across Canada and The US where she mixes standup with characters and song parodies and she has been on vh1, comedy central, nbc, LOGO, PBS, CTV, CIty TV, and many radio shows doing comedy, as well as being a regular comic correspondent for the Dr. Phil Show. She has been written about in the Asian American Encyclopedia of Popular Culture as an iconoclast and performer, and tours the country regularly representing young a/pis, good girls gone bad-assed and post colonial cultural iconoclasts everywhere.

Modern dancer Satomi Shikata trained professionally in Japan before moving to New York in 1995 to dance with Peridance and Artichoke Modern Dance Co's. She is an original "Kate's Chink-O-Rama" dancer and has developed her moden/classical "cyber butoh" style to accompany Slanty Eyed Mama's nuyorasian sound. She incorporates trapeze, modern, jazz, gogo and classical japanese dance in her shows.
